    What the case study is about:

  has been using epoq’s intelligent search for eight years.


    This gives online shoppers a list of results when searching for products, which is linked to the epoq knowledge base. The knowledge base is based on the click and purchase behavior of online shoppers, which is analyzed and processed in real time using self-learning algorithms. The results are then output in terms of relevance for the online shopper.


    To increase online shop sales, decided to prioritize a selected parameter in the knowledge base. An A/B test was then implemented to measure the effects.
