What you will do all day

  • Identify the challenges and pain points of your prospects and discover the best epoq solutions for their business consultatively
  • In addition to having inbound leads to work on and existing partner relationships to leverage, you will be given carte blanche to use your creative business development skills to self-source leads or new partners
  • Manage the sales process from beginning to close and work with customers to expand epoq’s share of wallet over the course of the relationship
  • Coordinate with the sales team, sharing ideas and experience to refine outreach activities
  • Work collaboratively with epoq’s marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
  • Consistently achieve against targets, forecasts and KPIs and build/manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Some travel to customer sites and trade events when needed (COVID restrictions permitting)

What you should bring for this job

  • At least 3+ years of sales experience in a fast paced, competitive environment (SaaS or e-commerce environments preferred)
  • Business fluency in both German and English (spoken and written), other languages are a plus
  • Proven track record of consistent over-achievement and high performance in a dynamic sales environment
  • Pipeline growth and management and accurate forecasting skills essential
  • Consultative, customer focused, solutions selling approach
  • Unparalleled communications skills both with internal and external stakeholders regardless of level within the organization
  • Sharp focus on achieving your goals and working through challenges, creating strong strategies to improve performance and over-achieve
