Ex Libris partnered with Epoq to boost e-commerce sales through personalized and automated email campaigns powered by AI. As part of this initiative, Ex Libris notifies selected customers 90 days in advance of a new book release and offers them the option to pre-order.

Ex Libris initially started with manually created email campaigns and assigned them to appropriate recipients.
