What the case study is about:

Villeroy & Boch carried out an analysis of the previous search function in their online shop. This analysis exposed an untapped sales potential of 2.64 million euros. So Villeroy & Boch decided to evaluate the search providers in the market. When choosing the search provider, Villeroy & Boch attached great importance to the search algorithm (based on artificial intelligence), the filter navigation and the autosuggest. By changing the search function to epoq Search, Villeroy & Boch was able to clearly increase shop-specific KPIs, reduce administration effort for the IT department and increase sales.
