The online product advisor determines the customer's needs, just like a sales assistant in a brick-and-mortar store, and matches the functionality of the products to their preferences. Once a customer has answered all the questions, they receive a list of items that match their needs. The products in the results list are determined and displayed based on the data (based on clicks on the visual filters). This allows online shoppers to see exactly which products have the desired features. To make product selection even easier, the results list is also tailored to the preferences of the shop's customers. To do this, the entire click and purchase behavior of all shop customers is taken into account for the display, and the most relevant items are shown first.
