Ettlingen, April 17, 2025 – epoq becomes part of Entirely and, through its integration into the MarTech ecosystem, strengthens the development of highly personalized marketing solutions – for a more targeted customer experience.

epoq, a specialist in AI-powered personalization solutions for recommendations and search, is now part of Entirely. The merger and integration into the Entirely Open Ecosystem marks the beginning of a new era of 1:1 personalization in marketing—smarter, more precise, and closer to the customer.

According to recent studies by Deloitte, 80 percent of consumers prefer personalized communication, and 71 percent are even frustrated by non-personalized information, according to management consulting firm McKinsey.
