With its "Personalization Experience Day - Vol. 3," epoq is once again providing a forum for discussion on the topic of personalization in e-commerce.

Ettlingen, September 13, 2022 – Software manufacturer and personalization expert epoq internet services GmbH is once again offering a forum for discussion on the topic of personalization in e-commerce with its Personalization Experience Day – Vol. 3. The motto: "Stream up Your Shop" – how e-commerce can become more entertaining for customers. As in previous years, various shop operators and e-commerce experts have been invited as speakers to share their best practices and how-tos, as well as special guests who have already formed an impression of the status quo in advance and will open the discussion.

Direct knowledge transfer from shop operators and e-commerce experts to participants – from users for users is clearly the focus again this year. To make things even more exciting, Céline Flores Willers will also be on the digital stage. She has gained an insight into what is possible in terms of entertainment in e-commerce and how this is linked to personalization. In the virtual panel, she will talk firsthand with other special guests, such as editor-in-chief Niklas Lewanczik from OnlineMarketing.de, about her experiences. Johannes Montag, Head of E-Commerce at PICARD, will be talking about search must-haves that no online shop should be without, and many other industry insiders will be sharing their knowledge.
