Entirely – The Ecosystem Behind Your Marketing Success

Five specialists. One shared vision: marketing that truly fits your business. Entirely is an open ecosystem of five companies that offers you the opportunity to boost your business results on a large scale. As an open, AI-native marketing orchestration platform, it connects all your marketing tools, teams, and processes into a single, manageable system: a central cockpit for every tool, every market, and every brand—driven by AI, controlled by you. As part of Entirely, Epoq brings its AI personalization to the network, giving you exactly the setup you need.

Why is a MarTech ecosystem so crucial?

Marketing is undergoing a radical transformation and is more complex today than ever before: 80% of CMOs feel overwhelmed by new channels and technologies and struggle to maintain control over their marketing activities. At the same time, management demands tangible results, yet 75% of CMOs fail to meet business goals. Meanwhile, consumer expectations are rising rapidly: 80% of customers want personalized experiences that truly resonate with them.

This is where AI comes into play

Artificial intelligence is revolutionizing marketing and significantly accelerating the pace of change. Up to 75% of day-to-day marketing tasks are shifting away from execution and toward strategy, management, and smart decision-making.

Personalization is no longer just a nice-to-have

True personalization means creating experiences that become more precise and relevant with every interaction—and doing so on a large scale. This helps your customers get what they really want faster, more affordably, or more easily.

With Entirely—and Epoq’s AI-powered personalization—you can create exactly the kind of marketing that sets you apart from the competition.

Welcome to the Entirely Open Ecosystem

Marmind, Censhare, Elaine, Facelift, and Epoq have joined forces under the Entirely umbrella to create a powerful and flexible MarTech ecosystem. One brand, one company, created to integrate innovation, drive growth, and set new standards. But Entirely is more than the sum of its subsidiaries: it is an open, dynamic network that welcomes new solutions. From day one, we’ve been helping our customers achieve maximum impact—and manage complexity in real time and at scale. This is made possible by Agentic AI: It doesn’t just assist—it autonomously orchestrates your processes across the entire marketing value chain, from planning to delivery. And you always remain in control.

The Three Building Blocks: Connecting, Orchestrating, and Scaling

With Entirely, you can launch more campaigns faster—based on reliable insights that enable targeted actions. Create relevant, personalized experiences that drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. As an integrated, open ecosystem, Entirely connects leading marketing technologies into a single platform for seamless execution across every dimension and scale.

Connect

Integrate new technologies with your existing MarTech in an open, composable ecosystem designed for continuous evolution. Instead of isolated silos, your tools, data, and content work together seamlessly. You keep your existing tools, supplement them strategically with best-of-breed solutions, and let your setup grow alongside your business. This way, you don’t have to choose between the tried-and-true and the new—you simply expand your setup step by step.

Orchestrate

Run more campaigns faster—based on consistent, reliable insights that enable clear actions. Planning, content, data, and delivery all converge in a single source of truth, rather than being scattered across multiple systems. This reduces the need for coordination and ensures that every campaign reaches the right customer at the right time.

Scale

Boost your revenue with an open ecosystem that enables tailored marketing at scale. What works in a single segment can be automatically applied across all touchpoints and markets without increasing your workload. This turns true 1:1 personalization into a lever that scales with your business.

Here's how Entirely's Agentic AI orchestrates your campaign

Planning with Marmind

You set up the campaign for your seasonal item—let’s say the new spring collection, with the lightweight quilted jacket as the hero product. In Marmind, you define the budget, duration (e.g., the first four weeks of March), and goals such as revenue or sales volume. Once the campaign is set up, the agent pulls this key data directly from Marmind and knows what needs to happen, when, and with what budget.

1

Enrich with Censhare

Now the agent needs the product data. From Censhare’s PIM, he retrieves everything about the quilted jacket: the approved product images, the current price, available colors and sizes, and inventory levels. This way, he always works with accurate, brand-compliant, and up-to-date information, rather than outdated data from various sources.

2

Personalization with Epoq

Using this data, the agent creates a campaign banner and displays it in the online store in a personalized way via Epoq. A female visitor who most recently browsed women’s fashion in size M will see the jacket in her size and in a color that matches her previous clicks. Everyone sees exactly what’s relevant to them in real time.

3

Sharing with a Facelift

If you want the jacket to be seen outside the store as well, the agent can, upon request, handle the appropriate social media post via Facelift. They’ll format the post for the specific platform—for example, as a carousel for Instagram—and publish it at the right time, when your target audience is most active.

4

Get Active with Elaine

At the same time, the agent engages your existing customers: Using Elaine, it sends out a personalized email about the promotion. Customers who have purchased jackets before receive a recommendation for the new quilted jacket—including their preferred color and a suggestion for the right size. Automated, relevant, and perfectly timed for the campaign launch.

5
