The solution combines state-of-the-art LLM technology with components from various Epoq services for 1:1 personalization and enables dialogue-based advice for online shoppers.

Existing filter functions are not only retained, but, together with automatically generated tags, enable further individual refinement of product suggestions, guiding customers directly to their desired products.
Whether it's the right RAM configuration for graphics programs or the perfect wine to accompany dinner, the assistant responds to individual needs, understands complex written or spoken questions, and provides structured product suggestions—without a separate chat window.
