epoq and Sendinblue Launch Partnership to Optimise Email Marketing KPIs

Ettlingen, 17 August 2020 - Sendinblue GmbH, SaaS provider for digital marketing, customer relationship management and retargeting, and epoq internet services GmbH, the software manufacturer and AI expert in online shop personalisation, are deepening their partnership to optimise KPIs in email marketing through personalisation and automation.

The right content at the right time, sent out automatically

Sendinblue, formerly Newsletter2Go, helps more than 100,000 companies worldwide grow their business through digital marketing with tools that efficiently adapt to their growth. Thanks to the automated marketing features provided by Sendinblue, email marketers can use pre-built workflows or set up fully automated workflows by themselves. Through the integration of epoq’s in-house developed email personalisation software, epoq Connect, personalised emails can be created and automatically targeted. epoq ensures the highest level of personalisation and Sendinblue ensures accurate deliverability, which can be seen in an increase in relevant email marketing KPIs such as open and click-through rates.

Legally compliant email marketing in e-commerce

Data protection is a top priority at both epoq and Sendinblue. Both companies have their server location in Germany. This means that the stored user data is subject to European and German data protection law. Shop operators can therefore drive their own email marketing in e-commerce with a safe feeling and stay in touch with their customers – in compliance with DSGVO.
